BPC-157 Dosage Chart and Protocol Guide

Research reference · Updated September 2026 · ~6 min read

This page collects the BPC-157 dosing ranges reported across research protocols into a single reference chart. Figures reflect what appears in the research literature and community protocols. They are not dosing recommendations for humans.

How BPC-157 dosing is usually expressed

BPC-157 doses are typically given in micrograms (mcg) and are often scaled to bodyweight in animal studies, then translated to fixed daily amounts in practical protocols. Most protocols split the daily amount into one or two administrations.

Research-reported dosage chart

Goal contextReported daily rangeFrequency
General / systemic250 to 350 mcgOnce or twice daily
Localized area of interest250 to 500 mcgSplit near the area
Higher research protocolsup to 500 to 750 mcgSplit doses

A common pattern is a research block of 4 to 6 weeks followed by a break. To convert any of these figures into a syringe volume, enter the vial size and your water amount into the dosage calculator.

Worked example: a 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 ml gives 2500 mcg/ml. A 250 mcg dose is then 0.1 ml, or 10 units on an insulin syringe.

Subcutaneous vs localized

Two administration styles appear in protocols. Subcutaneous dosing spreads the peptide systemically. Localized dosing places it near a specific area of interest. The full method notes live on the BPC-157 protocol page.

Accuracy matters more than size

Consistency tends to matter more than chasing a high number. Measuring the same dose the same way each time makes any research observation interpretable. Before adjusting a dose, review the side effect overview.
