Semaglutide

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist and one of the most widely studied incretin compounds. As a prescription medicine it is marketed under brand names for type 2 diabetes and weight management. Sold as a research chemical it is lyophilised powder for reconstitution.
It is dosed once weekly because of its long half-life. Researchers often compare it with the dual agonist tirzepatide and the triple agonist retatrutide.

⚗️ Reconstitution & Solubility
- Bring vial and bacteriostatic water to room temperature
- Swab stoppers with alcohol and let dry
- Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the vial wall
- Swirl gently until fully clear, never shake
- Refrigerate at 2 to 8 C after reconstitution
